The Long island Rail Road (LIRR) requires the services of a Contractor to install the fire-proofing system to the sidewalk columns, girders and other steel supporting Long Island Rail Road's Sutphin Boulevard Viaduct at the following location: Sutphin Boulevard (06-0-093) - located just north of the intersection of Sutphin Boulevard and 94th Avenue.

 

The Sutphin Blvd. Viaduct to be coated with a Fire-Proofing System is part of LIRR's infrastructure supporting their Main-line branch located in Jamaica, Queens. The existing coating system is being replaced with an intumescent paint coating system in order to improve the fire resistance of structural components of the Viaduct. In case of a fire under the bridge, the system is to provide the extra time for the Fire Department of New York (FDNY) to dispatch fire-fighting equipment and personnel, LIRR to halt operations, and to protect the structure from serious damage.

AZHCCC Provided Project Management & Constructability and Estimating Services on MTANYCT Component Repairs for Ventilators and Gratings Clinton/ Washington Station in the Borough of Brooklyn. MTA NYCT requires the services of a Contractor to Repair the Ventilators and Gratings of Clinton/ Washington Station which is located at Brooklyn. The station to be renovated, with Exterior Components repairs of the following Scope of Work:

Remove, relocate and reinstall Parking meters, bicycle racks and Antenna etc., Exist. Conc.  Beam to be Replaced, Exist. Sidewalk Conc. Replacement, Curb Replacement, Active Leak, Cementitous waterproofing @ Drip pan, Replace heavy duty subway grating, Replace angles around grating, Repair concrete and install studs @ Grating Support, Civil/ Structural, Spall Concrete In Concrete Beam, Crack On Concrete Beam , Spall Concrete In Wall, Crack On Wall, Celling, Spall Concrete In Drip Pan, At Steel Beam Encasement, Painting, Metal ladder replacement, Miscellaneous, Drainage pipe cleaning, Testing drainage system Survey, Remove and replace drainage cover with new grate frame . NYSCA requires the services of a Contractor to Brick replacement, repointing Windows, Steel, roofing rough carpentry, finish carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC on PS 47Q Project which is located at 9 Power Road, Broad Channel, Queens, NY 11693 the following Scope of Work:

Performed work of Brick replacement, repointing Windows, Steel, roofing rough carpentry, finish carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC contractors will coordinate to work together to complete the project.
